Step #1: Start by downloading School Enrollment Form. It also comes with the HOME LANGUAGE SURVEY Follow instruction on the form, any questions call the office @ (580) 234-6646
Step #2: Click on the MySchoolWorx Online Enrollment button below. It will walk you through the online enrollment process. This will allow Parents the ability to log into MySchoolWorx and check student process.
Step #3: Bring the completed School Enrollment Form from step #1 into the office along with a copy of the childs immunization records and a state-issued birth certificate. See the School Enrollment Fee Schedule below for information on Deposits and Fees.
