Enrollment for the 2022-2023 School Year
Step #1: Start by downloading this School Enrollment Package Form. It will explain the process and link to fillable PDF forms. Only the REQUIRED forms must be submitted. All the other forms are informational or optional if you need them.
Step #2: Click on the MySchoolWorx Online Enrollment button below. It will walk you through the online enrollment process. This will allow Parents the ability to log into MySchoolWorx and check student process.
Step #3: Bring the completed School Enrollment Form from step #1 into the office along with a copy of the childs immunization records and a state-issued birth certificate. See the School Enrollment Fee Schedule below for information on Deposits and Fees.
